Delete account and data
You can delete your RNX IPTV account and its data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Website account: name, email, hashed password and support messages are erased immediately.
- App: your IPTV credentials, favorites and history only exist on your device. Remove them by logging out in the app, clearing its data or uninstalling it.
- Crash reports: they never contain your name, email or credentials and are deleted automatically after 12 months.
How to request it
Log in to delete your account instantly. If you cannot access it, contact us from Support with your account email and we will delete it within 30 days.
